Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products.

If you decide for any reason you wish to exchange your product/s or would like a refund, please contact me via the contact page. I would ask that you do this within 14 days of your purchase.

Requests for refunds and/or exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis. The reason for this is that I take customer satisfaction very seriously and therefore work with my customers to ensure an outcome that they are happy with.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and must also be in the original packaging. Please note jewellery cannot be returned if worn.

Please provide tracking once you have posted the item. Please see below for shipping instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected to determine the goods are in ‘as new condition’, we will contact you to arrange your replacement or refund.

Your refund will be processed, and applied to your credit card or through the original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, we would strongly suggest you consider purchasing postal insurance. With Australia Post the first $100 is covered, so if you items are more than that it is worth insuring. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost uninsured items.
